Their knowledge of the food industry, creativity and talent has helped launch our business into an incredible position over the course of the last few years. Some of the projects Command have crafted have led us to the front page of our industry’s top publications, and they’ve helped support the culture of our business with a number of internal communications projects and the creation and launch of a number of sub brands.

Luke McCluskey – Managing Director , Circle Select

A new, fresh, ownable brand for recruitment agency Circle Select

We have been working with Peterborough based recruitment agency Circle Select since 2017 and worked on the company’s original branding and website development. Since then, the business has grown dramatically and expanded it’s offering from interim only, to a comprehensive talent sourcing solution.

The business owner, Luke McCluskey, decided it was time for a refresh and asked Command Creative to craft a new, dynamic brand identity for the business.

We began by drawing inspiration from client feedback and what staff at the company had to tell us about what Circle Select meant to them. A handful of words and phrases kept cropping up; high energy, full service and dynamic.

Logo Rationale

“Command have delivered a rebrand that far exceeded our expectations- they took our brief, electrified it and sent CS into the stratosphere! Literally over the moon.”

Luke McCluskey – Managing Director, Circle Select

Once the logo design had been signed off, we got to work developing a brand new website for the company. As recruiters, it was important for the website to have a fully functioning jobs board, that staff could add jobs to and visitors could easily navigate. We created a cutting-edge design around this functionality, resulting in a striking, user-friendly recruitment agency website.

Once the website had been completed, we got to work rebranding all of the company’s existing documentation and marketing collateral, such as contracts, business cards, letterheads and email signatures.

Finally, to wrap the project up and prepare for launch, we created a high energy promotional video, using the companies new brand messaging.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Should I rebrand my recruitment agency?

Deciding on whether or not to rebrand a recruitment agency is not an easy task. There are many factors to consider, but in short, if you feel that your current brand is dated, falling behind the competition or doesn’t reflect what your business offers- yes, it’s probably time to rebrand.

I have a logo design that I would like to use- can we just use that?

When designing a new logo for an existing business, we like to delve into your current position, your customer profile and your competition a little and use these findings to create your new brand. Rather than simply making a new, cool-looking logo, it’s important to do a little research first.

Any good design agency will look into this first, before putting pen to paper, and your final logo design should also come with a rationale, explaining each element of the design.

How much does it cost to rebrand a recruitment agency?

The cost of rebranding your recruitment company will vary. As well as budgeting for the cost of the new design elements, such as your logo and website, you will also need to factor in the cost of any signage, printed collateral and other branded elements that exist in your business.

All of our costs are outlined here.

How long does it take to rebrand a recruitment agency?

The time it takes to rebrand a recruitment agency can range from between one month to four months. The fastest we’ve ever rebranded a company was four weeks. It’s much more important to focus on getting it right than getting it done quickly.
